Mark Calvert has more than 25 years of accounting, finance, operations and consulting experience. Calvert has successfully raised over $500 million in capital for his clients in both public and private markets.
His “Big Four” experience includes accounting, auditing, and consulting assignments. He has participated in bank loan loss analysis, organizational viability, valuations, and financial restructurings. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
He graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business.
Tod McDonald, Principal

Tod McDonald has been active in industry, serving as a controller for a communications company that executed a national rollup strategy, as a financial analyst for Microsoft, and as controller for a software company that was in a turnaround mode. He has also served as a consultant in the Pacific Northwest since 1993 on a broad range of bankruptcy, restructuring, real estate development, and land use and economic issues for both public and private sector clients.
McDonald has “Big Four” accounting, auditing, and consulting experience and has led internal financial teams for a variety of industries. McDonald’s consulting experience includes market analysis, financial analysis, land use economics, economic development, and strategic planning.
McDonald holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Washington, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has passed all Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor exams and is a current candidate for the certification.
