Cascade worked with the clients during the project establishment, leading the strategic planning, concept development and project programming activity. This project is designed to be a leading project in the redevelopment of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. When completed, this 1,800-acre mixed-use residential and commercial development will include a state of the art office park, satellite college campus, multi and single-family residential and neighborhood retail. The work completed for the Bank included and in depth market analysis, regulatory analysis, land assembly strategy, funding for transportation improvements and a financial feasibility analysis. The project also was designed to take advantage of significant tax and financial incentives that were put in place in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina.
